The oldest of the Mintz boys has been tagging along with his dad on hunting trips since he was 6 years old. Josh also became interested in doing artwork at a young age. Before he entered junior high school he had already won several first place ribbons in junior division woodcarving competitions.
Over the years he has spent countless hours working in his dad's shop doing a variety of production artwork tasks. He is very good at combining efficiency with quality, helping us to create quality products at affordable prices.
Josh has extensive outdoor experience in both hunting and fishing. His experience as a fly fisherman works well with the Body Language Decoy approach to duck hunting. He is always problem solving and bringing in new and innovative ideas to duck decoying. Josh is a serious duck hunter and spends most of his time either duck hunting or preparing to duck hunt.
Josh is our production manager, making sure our orders continue to flow through our process. Not only does he head up production he is in charge of several of the production jobs such as burlapping and flocking.
